Hostage at the Table is inspired by the groundbreaking methodology developed by George Kohlrieser, a former hostage negotiator, organizational and clinical psychologist, and professor of leadership at IMD. This program empowers leaders and high-potential talents to navigate conflicts and enhance negotiation skills using tools such as:

What You Will Gain

Engage with an ICF Coach
Each participant will work with an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach to explore and align their motivations. The coaching process enhances self-awareness and equips participants with the tools they need to play to win in both their professional and personal lives.
